Returns Policy

300 Below is proud to offer an unconditional 100% money-back guarantee on all of its cryogenic processing services. However, due to custom configuration and building of our equipment, all machine sales are final and are not returnable after training and initial installation of the equipment. Deposits for machine sales are also non-refundable since those fees are used to pay for raw materials costs used in the assembly of each cryogenic processor equipment order

Cryogenic Processing Services

Since each item processed by us experiences a one-time irreversible realignment of its molecular structure, 300 Below is unable to return any processed item in its initial state. However, no changes present to the naked eye should occur upon inspection of a treated object. If any visible marks are documented after our process, it is highly likely that damages or alterations occurred during the shipping process. However, in the rare event that we have damaged your object in routine handling and processing, 300 Below will make every effort to fix or replace the part treated, assuming we receive it back into our facilities for inspection. If a customer is unsatisfied for any reason with the services we render, we will make every effort to fix the problem or reason for dissatisfaction. If a customer is still unsatisfied, we will gladly refund any charges minus shipping and handling.

Machine Sales

There are no refunds or returns of cryogenic processing equipment since all purchases are built-to-order. We do not carry extra inventory of processors, thus any downpayments or deposits are also non-refundable since these charges are used to purchase raw materials used in construction of the equipment.

Pristine Cleaning Solution Products

There are no refunds or returns of our cleaning solutions. Once shipped, all solutions are considered opened inventory, and we are unable to return them to the bulk storage containers where they originated. Because of this logistics challenge, we recommend that all industrial customers order a one gallon trial sample of our product in its 20:1 concentrate and try it before they buy our cleaning solution in bulk. All consumer / retail sales should be handled by the point of purchase where they originated, and are subject to returns policies offered by the place of business that sold the solution. 300 Below does not handle consumer transactions for Pristine, nor will any refunds be offered directly to a consumer by our staff. While we proudly serve individual consumers with our cryogenic processing solutions, our primary focus for physical products remains dedicated to providing B2B solutions in bulk transactions.
